Steve Harwell Tribute mod for GTA V (PC ONLY)

As of September 4, 2023, we lost one of the GOAT singer from the Shrek movie Steve Harwell who sadly passed away from liver failure. For those who are true die hard fans and want to remember him, this mod is for you.

About the singer:
Steven Scott Harwell was an American singer. Harwell served as the lead vocalist and frontman for the rock band Smash Mouth from its foundation in 1994 until his retirement in 2021. Before his retirement, he and bassist Paul De Lisle were the only two constant members of the band.
